BARABOA MAS HUNI

 

 ALUVI MAS HUNI

Ingredients
200 g Potato (peeled, boiled in salted water until soft and drained)
25 g Onion (sliced thinly)
50 ml Coconut Cream
50 g Smoked Tuna (thinly sliced)
1 Cherry Pepper (chopped)
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to season


Method
Crush the onion and cherry pepper with lime juice and salt.

Add in the tuna and crush them well. Add in the potato, crush and mix all the ingredients together. Bind with coconut cream. Adjust seasoning.


Note: Instead of coconut cream, grated coconut can also be used. If using grated coconut, add it in together with the tuna.

Ingredients
300 g Pumpkin (peeled, boiled in salted water and drained)
50 g Onion (sliced thinly)
25 g Coconut (freshly grated)
25 g Smoked Tuna Fillet (thinly sliced)
1 Cherry Pepper (chopped)
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to season

 


Method
Crush the onion and cherry pepper with lime juice and salt. Add in coconut and tuna and crush them well. Squeeze the water out of the drained pumpkin. Add in the pumpkin and bind all the ingredients together. Adjust seasoning.
